Welcome to Retrieve! The only sports brand of only 100% recycled sportswear. Absolutely nothing you will see in this shop is made from virgin plastic.

My name is Bart Bauza, and I started Retrieve in 2024 with the intention of reverting the decaying rates of recycling worldwide. I kept hearing about the plastic pollution issue, how many resources are available, and yet recycling rates were (and still are) actually decreasing year on year.

Then the magic of curiosity made me research a bit more on the topic, and I decided I wanted to do something about it. I wanted to be part of the solution.

That is how Retrieve came about. I want to retrieve all the plastic ever made—some 8300 million metric tonnes—and turn it into sportswear. From an idea into a call-to-action. 

I have always been someone who likes to get involved. This is why I have thousands of sports t-shirts at home from various company and community events I have taken part in.

Do you want to know what all these t-shirts have in common? You guessed it—they are all made from 100% non-recycled polyster. 

And why are these not made from recycled materials? My guess is that they did not hear of Retrieve, and the buying patterns that they are used to made them always buy the easier option.
